Dave Lichtenwalner helped me sell two properties at the end of the year. With holidays and a softening market thought this might take a bit longer. Not with Dave. His professionalism and demeanor made this a great experience for me but I believe also the buyers. Things were done promptly and mutually agreeable deals were struck. Both properties were closed by the end of the year at full asking price. Highly recommend Dave.

Horrible experience! He does NOT make sure to keep families safe in their own homes! Obviously the only thing he cares about is the money in his pocket and will jeopardize safety of families and all customers for money for himself. My home is no longer safe due his poor choices. I'm so upset with this place!!
