Lived on prospect for 3yrs no complaints, loved the neighborhood. Was pushed out during the pandemic/shut down 2020 because they decided to increase rent even though the world was at a stop, meanwhile I had just lost my job due to the shut down it was tragic. Was 13 days behind on rent and even though I expressed an arrangement… Jenna took me to court. They were of course paid because I always kept my word but did decide to move due to such an unforgivable experience. I’m not saying they are terrible landlords but they definitely only care about $$$$ even if the world is in crisis.

One of the best landlords I've had. The office staff is friendly. Maintenance responds promptly and things are fixed in a timely manner. The building exterior is well taken care thanks to staff. Neighbors are welcoming and respectful.

I've rented from Orwig Property Management in the past and they're great landlords! If something breaks, you don't wait forever to get it fixed, they're on it fast! Their properties are clean and well maintained. I'd definitely rent from them again!

I’ve had great experiences renting their apartments. Cleaned when I moved in and if anything broke they were quick to fix it. Highly recommend for the Nazareth area.
