Willow Ridge Apartments

I live here at the willow ridge apts and I think Jasmine is doing a great job. Great job Jasmine keep it up cleaning up the apartments. Since I moved in Jasmine and maintainance have done their job I was told I would move in to a handy man apt which means I had to fix and clean and paint for the price I was giving and thats exactly what I've done now if others feel different well cause they dont wanna clean and live dirty. Now the trash outside well it's noones fault but the parents cause they send their kids to throw the trash and I've seen kids drag the bags so u tell me don't u think there is gonna be trash all over. So again I say it's not management being horrible it's the people who wanna live dirty

If I. can rate this place it will be -5 there so rude the owner Regina she’s so disrespectful I just had a baby an she was knocking so loud like she’s the police I open the door an she was saying why didn’t I open the door for the maintenance Guys that was fixing our porch in the back they have no reason to be inside our home. We are renting. The porch fell down five months ago and we Been requesting for them to fix it they said they don’t do that. The city does to find out they end up doing it. The porch fell out when my husband and my brother-in-law was outside. It could’ve hit them. I got pictures. I told her if she could please keep her voice down cause I just had a baby and he was asleep upstairs and she got even louder and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place to nobody The v

I’ve been living here since July. Management is horrible. They don’t do anything they say are gonna do or follow up on anything. The entire property is full of trash and never gets picked up. I have a fridge that doesn’t work and they won’t replace it. My food is always spoiling fast. The front office is always closed and no one is ever there. I called the primary office and they refer me back to property management. It’s the worse apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at. Edit: My house started leaking water from the main room and damaging all my things and nothing is being done about it.update (11/30/2025) Still no fridge and every time I see them it’s a promise about how I’m gonna get a fridge. We haven’t officially moved in yet, but I wanted to share our experience so far. The manager, Jazmine, has been extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to communicate clearly, which we really appreciate. I’ve noticed some positive improvements happening around the property, which is a great sign. Although the complex itself could use some updates, it’s clear that Jazmine is working hard to turn things around. She manages a lot — from handling phone calls and residents to addressing maintenance issues — yet she does it all with patience and professionalism. Every concern we’ve brought up has been acknowledged, and either resolved quickly or added to her list for follow-up. The maintenance team has also been responsive and timely. Overall

Willow has done me well, I have no leaks, no roaches no problems but with the people that rent here are my only issues. I understand management is given a certain budget to work with and most of the tenants don’t even pay their rent because they don’t properly file the reports on the app they constantly have issues because of their own ignorance on not placing in the report correctly. I want to say Jasmine have done Sliverlanding Very good with the challenges she faces here and properly resolves them. I’ve experienced upgrades on the parking lot and very cleaned maintenance pools, grass cut and more cleaning around the apartments I had a emergency not long ago and it was resolved within 2 hours.
