Moved in here in Apirl. Nice 1 bedroom apartment very affordable. Water included in rent. Office manager and staff very friendly and respectful to my needs. All concerns and work orders are done same day or next... plus they have security cameras all over and huge lights. I feel safe here. Neighbors are nice too. I would recommend this apartment units if your looking for a place to rent...

The office manager Karen is great! Always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I love how maintenance requests get taken care same day. The location is very convenient and neighbors are also friendly, been here for more than a year with my 2 children. The property is always clean and I have had no issues with my apartment. They also have cameras everywhere & it’s well lit at night, definitely helping me feel safe. Thank you, Valencia !

This year moving in to a new apartment, nerve wrecking as usual! I was super excited to view these apartments first 🥇 Miss Karen took great care of my family and I. The process was fast smooth and easy. The best part, they have surveillance all around the property, I feel safe living here 🙏🏽 ❤️ Great move in for 2025! Definitely recommend 💯💯💯💥💥💥👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I have been living at this complex for a couple years now and I’m very pleased. Management is very friendly and maintenance is prompt when needed. Living environment is peaceful, affordable & clean. There are cameras all around making you feel safe, laundromat just got renovated and machines are very affordable. Majority of tenants have been here a long time so you don’t see a lot of people moving in and out which I love.
