We worked with Janie Hernandez 10 years ago when we bought our first home in Harlingen and she was so great that we looked her up again when we were purchasing our dream home this year. Janie's service is unparalleled - she is so knowledgeable about mortgages and she had answers to all of our million questions, returned calls, emails and texts immediately and was just so easy to work with. If we didn't just purchase our dream home, we would definitely use her again for our next house!! I can't recommend her highly enough.

As a first time home buyer, the idea of going through this process was daunting. Kathy made the crazy process seem easy. She and her team handled all the hard work and we just needed to provide our personal information. Her and her team were always available to answer all our questions and concerns. We spoke with different companies, 1 gave us false information so stopped going to them, the other said that we had to wait a few months before getting a house and Kathy told us exactly what we needed to do with our finances and we got a home with in a couple months!

That person had us looking at house and making offers when we didn't even know how much we were approved for.
