If you're looking for a mortgage lender that ignores you then this is the company for you. Horrible service by Heather. Only the first initial phone call was good but after that. Ghosted and never returned calls or texts. First missed call and text she apologize and claimed she didn't see it. Then by the third time of being unable to reach her I decided this was not the person I wanted to work with. Not to mention the application process is not user friendly. Had she at least returned a call or text the next day then this review would not have been made. Too difficult/ busy to handle new clients it seems like.

Heather Welch did a great job of communicating with us at every step of the loan process. I felt that she always had our best interests in mind and that she worked hard to get us the best terms possible for our mortgage. I also really like the app that allowed us to upload all of our documents and see the progress of our application. Overall we had a very positive experience and would definitely choose to work again with Heather in the future!

Heather, is amazing and was by my side every step of the way for the second time. My father was fighting cancer during the start if my purchase. She would text me to tell me about the next step. We had to do hospice at home to honor his wishes. Heather, managed all the paperwork until we went to closing. She is very professional, made the transaction effortless and was by my side during this difficult times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If you are looking to buy a home go to Heather! She Is amazing! Heather was with us through the whole process and kept us updated. Even through this pandemic she remained in contact with us by phone or email. Without her we wouldn’t of gotten the deal of a lifetime for our home.
