Willow Lake Apartments

I have been living here for years and I love that they come fix things when they say they are. The property is well maintained daily and in a nice area. Liz the manager is amazing, she has been beyond amazing and attentive to the needs of the residents. I’ve been here 8+ years and it’s a reason I haven’t left!!

I visited the office yesterday to get some information on renting an apartment at this location and I was cordially met by Glendaliz. Not only was she very informative and friendly, she was very kind. She even took the time to show me the complex and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks Glendaliz!

Glenda was amazing through our whole process. She was quick & efficient, anytime we had a question she was more than happy to clarify our concerns.

i’ve lived here for 8 years now and in those 8 years they haven’t done much to improve living conditions. The A/C doesn’t go below 75 and i’ve talked to them numerous times about the problem and they are still yet to resolve it. keep in mind its been 8 years and nothing has been done about it. they also said they clean carpets for free every 5 years yet they still made us pay for the carpet cleaning. other than those problems this place looks nice and the people here are friendly. i would recommend if you don’t mind the house feeling like a sauna.

Glendaliz was amazing in the process of getting into my new home. She was always there when I needed her and answered all my questions. She is bright and so nice. Thank you Glendaliz. Also, this apartment complex is definitely worth a look. My apartment is nice, clean and just right for me. The amenities are great too. Give Willow Lake a try!
