We have been here for over a year now, and will continue to be here as it’s affordable & there aren’t hidden fees compared to other rental companies. They maintain the landscaping weekly, take care of the roads in the winter, and we’ve never noticed any wrong-doing with management. Anytime we’ve had any issues within our apartment, they get tended to quickly. They are transparent and communicate well. The best apartment experience we’ve had and plan to stay here until we are homeowners.

Me and my boyfriend lived here for 6 months. In that time I was constantly harassed by my down stairs neighbor when I was home alone and was even told that he would kick in my door and beat my dog if he heard him bark. He also cussed out my two year old niece and my sister when she stepped in to defend her daughter. This man ended up moving out do to us filing complaints. After that the management began attacking us and trying to find anything to get us out. They served us a quit and comply for apparently not “picking up dog waste” when we picked it up every-time do to my dog having to be on medication and me having to monitor it. They then told us they had a witness and proof but refused to show us any proof or give the name of the witness. They also charge a ridiculous amount! We payed $

I've been here about a month now and am very happy with the apartment. The landlord is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is very nice. We could only find one or two minor imperfections to even list on the check in sheet. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It seems like it was designed with the tenants in mind. The area is nice, grocery stores are just a few minutes away, and there are at least three parks within walking distance. I've lived in a lot of apartments in the area, and this is by far the best.

Renting with Willow Estates was an ok experience. The apartment was new-ish and spacious, but I was excited when the time came to move. 1. The landlord was constantly in our apartment for unusual “check-in” maintenance. None of it was requested. At one point he came into our space to make sure we closed the vents properly. I felt like a kid living in a dorm. 2. The train runs directly through the complex. It is loud. Someone warned us about this before we moved in and we thought it would be fine. Turns out, it’s pretty hard to sleep at night. 3. The factory down the road smells like sewage. It’s disgusting. 4. Rent consistently goes up in price. 5. We were double charged for things taken out of our security deposit. There is one living room screen door with no windows and we were char

Lived here since middle of 2013, but definitely not renew my term. This is the worst apartment experience in my past 10 years. I wish the management will improve for their service. The motivation to me is the new condition, only 2 years old. The building, room layout, appliances are OK or better than others. Plus spacious one-bed room is very attractive to me; the rental is affordable, $700/mo. However, I never expected the problems after the new neighbor moving after 2 months. Here is problems based on my experiences, 1. Many weird neighbors. I found some mental disability, drug addicts and alcoholic, and some cannot control their tempers. Why, I got one downstair. The tenant frequently called some similar situation people gather for party, they can yell, fight drink and smoke for days.
