Amazing experience so far, the landlady and her husband are amazing and very hospitable! I’m glad I went with them when I chose to find a place to call home! 👍👍🫡🫡

Lori (and Dave) have been SO helpful with the application process - and She has been fast in replies and information . Our situation is a little different than the " Norm " and they have been so great with us ! We look forward to moving in shortly ! Great experience ! Thanks for all you do Lori !!!!

We had quite a few issues with the security deposit when we moved out, but reached out to Seramur's office and they agreed to give us back about half of what they withheld. We enjoyed the apartment we lived in, minus some long-term cleanliness issues due to the age of the building, but if you decide to live here, make sure you are really vigilant with the check-in and check-out processes. Make sure to document everything in the apartment so you don't get screwed out of you security deposit.

No need to wonder why there are always vacancies at this places. They are rundown and have very inefficient management. I waited the entire term of my lease to get something fixed and it never was. I left this dump much cleaner than when I moved it yet they charged me a cleaning fee. Don’t count on getting your deposit back, they will find a way to nickel and dime it away from you. The main management company is also a joke. When you wrote to them the owner, Brian, his secretary will send you a form letter that doesn’t address a single one of your concerns. Don’t rent any of their properties. Distasteful business practices.
