Lake Park Apartments

I love this apartment. I often spend time in the Clubhouse and look out my window at the lake (that's my favorite). My apartment is modern and clean, very nice finishes! It's 1 minute from I-39, perfect for my drive to work. I can walk to my favorite restaurants, like Cluvers and Starbucks. I highly recommend this place. I met the new property manager too. He was very nice and accommodating to questions I had.

Rapidly Declining Property with Incompetent, Dismissive Management This complex has deteriorated at an alarming rate and is now effectively unmanaged. The current management company, and Property Manager Brei in particular, display a consistent pattern of negligence, poor communication, and outright contempt for residents. A few recent examples illustrate the level of dysfunction: - The building’s single, chronically slow elevator broke down completely a few weeks ago and remained out of service for an entire weekend. Management sent zero updates—no notice when it failed, no estimated repair time, nothing. Residents, including a significant number of elderly tenants and those with mobility issues, were forced to climb multiple flights of stairs just to enter or leave their homes. - A t

This is a wonderful place to live— if you are on the fence about moving here, don't be. The facilities are up to date, maintenance and management both work very hard and obviously care a lot about the property. Other residents are kind and always willing to lend a helping hand. There is a beautiful window/balcony view of Lake Pacawa, and the rest of Plover, you get a gorgeous sunrise and sunset everyday. The windows are floor to ceiling, covering the whole apartment in sunlight throughout the day. The apartments are conveniently placed in Plover, right next to the highway ensuring that you're hardly stuck in traffic if travelling far, they are close to a great deal of business so the walkability is very accommodating too! I have had a positive experience living at Lake Park. Management is excellent, consistently addressing my inquiries and returning my calls promptly. While some residents have commented on the property having “thin walls,” I have not encountered any noise-related issues. The building is well-maintained and has a modern, attractive design. Parking is easy and convenient. All utilities function perfectly. The location is amazing… just off 39 and surrounded by various restaurants and shops. Additionally, the surrounding area and building itself is secure especially with the advanced locks on both units and building entrances. Overall, I highly recommend living here!!

Absolutely love living here! Feels like living in a 5 star hotel lol Management is awesome! Always helpful and accommodating to your needs. And the view.. well see for yourself. Beautiful!
