Amy was so helpful in assisting me on her day off. Patty was a gem in showing me the property. This is a beautiful and welcoming community, and its staff is compassionate and heart-centered. I was approved and received the keys to my new home on the same day. Thank you all for your time and compassion in my time of need.

Wonderful Place to live!! Clean modern units with plenty of space and nice appliances. Amy & Vanessa are great property managers and were incredibly helpful! The beautiful ponds and natural wildlife are a plus! Where else can you watch a family of geese grow up from goslings to adults!! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay at overall, I’d say the benefits for sure outweigh the negatives. The one big negative for us was being next to open fields and having strong winds frequently. Yet, having the big fields was great for watching the sunrise and sunset. Rarely had any problems and everyone is very friendly. Any and all problems within the unit were handled pretty quickly. Carrie (The Landlord/Supervisor/Manager, whatever the title) is a fantastic resource and is willing to help with great haste. Enjoy this sunset photo.

We lived at Pleasant for about a year and a half, it was wonderful! Enough parking spots for both of our cars and visitors if we needed. Garbage was always picked up promptly. Snow removal was great. The apartments were in great shape and if we had any issues Amy was prompt in replying and helping fix them. I always felt safe there and loved how we were just outside of town. Would definitely recommend living here!
