Willow Creek Villas

Constantly dirty dog park, management claims to walk the property daily but this has been full for over a week. ** after my review, they came and took the bags that were overflowing off the top, but left the basket still full of raw feces and flies. The can stinks from 15 feet away. At least they added new bags to the dispenser. We will be moving at the end of our lease and I recommend anyone who is interested in this property stay far away. The dog basket is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how they maintain the property and the units/ treat their tenants.

I love living at willow creek villas, management is very friendly and professional so as is all the maintenance guys. I see the whole team pours their hearts into the work they do. I see the bad reviews but I don’t agree. This place is like a vacation village compared to the “hood” in Phoenix I came from. Daily violence, filth and crime. You see ZERO of that here. The trash cans are never overfilled and you never see broken bed bug ridden furniture by the dump. Where I come from that’s the normal and anything above it is considered luxury. This is a pet friendly complex every single unit probably has a dog and the doggy waste containers fill daily and get emptied when full. I have had nothing but an amazing and happy experience here and I hope to rent from years to come. All the neighbors

We have been here 4 years. The best manager was Leslie. Everything was done in a timely professional manner. She was also very personable and had fun community events. We are saddened to know she will be leaving now going someone else. Why get rid of what is working? This community has had a carousel of so many managers now another. We just don’t understand why when she is A list material manager making us all happy. You are letting her go and yet again getting someone new who will be gone in 6 months.

Great location beautiful neighborhood and very convenient. Had issues with Internet and AC, They fixed it. Management went above and beyond during the time of my AC not working and they brought in a swamp cooler, installed it and helped wing me out till AC part came in to replace. Just needs a bit better communication with management and tenants other than that this place ain't bad at all.

Have lived here about 8 months and been cycled through several leading managers! Joe didn't seem to like me so nothing really got done with him and the lady before him wasn't the best. Sylvia on the other hand has been the most amazing and accommodating person yet! She heard my complaints and questions and she got them done immediately. I've actually never seen someone get anything done so fast! My partner and I really appreciate how amazing she is and how helpful she has been!
