Silverado Apartments

I have lived here for almost 6yrs now! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I've lived in a few places in Reno and this is by-far the best! There are at least two parks within walking distance from here and miles of trails to walk your dog. We are also very close to some BLM land. Griselda is a wonderful manager of these apartments. She genuinely cares for the people who live here and wants everyone to have a great living experience. I honestly never thought I would say "the manager of my apartment complex has made a positive impact in my life" but she truly has! And my neighbors... I love so many of them. I spent my first 4yrs here not talking to anyone because of my own internal issues. But once I started communicating with them--they are the best! This is the first place I have lived

Silverado apartments are a gem of apartment buildings. They are located in a quiet serene neighborhood surrounded by mountain views. What makes this apartment complex all that more impressionable is Griselda, the property manager. She managed my brother’s apartment during a tough year, and she was kind, understanding, and so easy to work with. The apartment was bright, open, and well-maintained — a joy to live in and visit. Griselda made everything smooth and stress-free, and her care and professionalism really stood out. Truly a five-star property manager and complex!

My boyfriend & I have lived here for about 4 months so far, and we absolutely love this complex! Griselda has been kind and accommodating, and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy. I have never had such a positive experience with management at an apartment complex, and I appreciate how hard Griselda works to make this place run smoothly. The amenities are great. The apartments have a nice layout, ours has a beautiful view of the mountains to the east. This is easily our favorite apartment, apartment complex, and management experience we’ve had. Highly recommend!

I would like to give Griselda Garibay a big shout out. She made moving in a great, fun, easy, and inspiring experience. I have been a resident here in silverado apartments now for a month. Griselda has been there for me during the time I moved in to, to occasional visit on questions about my unit, how to pay for rent, when its due, ect. Maintenance is received quickly when asking for a touch up on paint or any repairs necessary. Griselda is an incredible asset to the team at Silverado Apartments. Congratulations on this shout out and keep up the good work.

Previously, I reviewed this place before including the total cost of the rent and the security deposit you may or may not get back once you move out. I still stand by the apartment appearance, being 4.5/5. I had the 1 bed 1 bath upstairs apartment. It was very beautiful. The all around wood flooring makes it easy to keep clean. There are plenty of cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom for storage. The reason why it isn't full 5 stars is because the ac/heating system is very loud. Also, there isn't much storage for the 1 bed 1 bath. There is only 1 closet, and that's the one in the bedroom. The dog park here is also quite filthy. It isn't managments fault. It's the pet owners. For management, I'll give them 4.5/5. Griselda responds quickly. She is also very friendly. Dakota is the maintena
