Homecoming At Kiley Ranch

I really enjoy living at Homecoming at Kiley Ranch. My wife & I just renewed our lease here and we got a nice gift from them! It’s nice to see them caring for the residents. I highly recommend living here. Office staff is always great.

I’ve been a resident at the Green Pines Apartments since 2023.It’s kept very clean, Maintenance is great. They always do a complete job. Always in the premises. Office staff is always on point and the residence, here are always courteous and friendly. Property has Recreation areas like; barbecue areas, doggy park and exercise room, and the best part is close to restaurants and stores. I like having everything close by as I love to walk my dog every day at the community Park nearby.

I had a great experience living at homecoming at Kylie Ranch. All the staff were awesome! Special shoutout to Aileen Carver! You couldn’t ask for a better person managing the complex. Nancy was great too! AJ in maintenance and Fred were both great too! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a good apartment to live in around the Spanish Springs area. Excellent amenities, brand, new appliances, gated community, and beautiful grounds. They are pet friendly, and go out of their way to help with anything tenants need. I had an amazing experience living there.

We have called Homecoming at Kiley ranch home since the end of March. We love everything about living here, the amenities are always clean and well maintained, the fun monthly activities they offer and the food trucks that come. Not to mention the fun activity gifts they give out, s’mores kits, sugar cookies bake sets to name a couple. We had a small water leak into the garage and they took care of everything immediately. Colette communicated with us throughout the whole process and made sure everything was fixed and back to 100%. We understand these things happen and we’re so thankful and happy with how quickly they resolved the issue. Truly a great maintenance team! Everyone has been very welcoming during our move. Our apartment is clean and modern with a great design. My husband and I are very excited and happy to be here!
