Terribly built homes. No pride in their workmanship, our house was built in 2022, hvac was not working properly to begin with. Toll brothers would only let the hvac company do minimal work on our system throughout our “1 year warrantee” to which it was never fixed. Now barely after 2 years of closing on our house the hvac is completely broken. Nothing will turn on. Toll brothers have washed their hands of us and have told us none of this is their issue even though it wasn’t fixed before the one year warranty was over.

Leslie is absolutely the best! It is my first time buying a home. Though she is to be representing Toll Brothers, you know that she has your best interest in mind as she makes sure to ask questions about things u had no ideas about! She’s so responsive and professional. I am excited for my new home and am hoping to do more business with Toll Brothers!

Felt like a bait and switch, found a lot we liked and was told they were taking 5k off it for us. Then was pre-approved for a ranch (of course took a credit hit in the process) and the morning we were to sign our contract, Leslie called and told us the lot was unavailable all of a sudden. Was told we could be put on the list for next opening lots but they were to be more expensive! Walked away from the deal… 8 months later, drove by the lot and found out the reason why we were likely turned down was it was sold to a buyer who wanted to build a pricier 2-story on the lot. All I can say from the experience is best to build the most expensive model in order to secure a lot and get approval from a third party lender so you don’t feel obligated and can walk away after they try this on you

Good location, nice neighborhood, high ceiling (10 feet for one story house) makes the house very grand!
