Willow Bridge (NE)

Willow bridge took over at matrix Hudson and this place went down, right now we have no property manager, no maintenance manager, dog poop everywhere, people smoking all over common areas, bed bug infestation without residents being notified, poor to non existence emergency call, whoever is responsible for managing the matrix should be fired, not sure why they let June go, she was the best and got things done. All I can say, it went from luxary property to any one an get in, so many units open they didn’t screen any new residents.

I give one star only because I couldn’t give less. Since they have taken over, my rent has gone up 700.00 dollars. My water bill more than doubled. Two months ago my water bill was around 50’.00. This month it was 251.00. I asked for a breakdown and was told that was not possible. Who has that kind of money. This place is becoming a dump.

Some of the worst property managers with some of the worst maintenance supervisors I've had the displeasure of working with. A majority of them dont fix anything they supposed to as well as most of them have attitude problems and have serious problems with accountability.

Willow Bridge has taken over Matrix in Hudson Ma. In the few months that they have been here it has ruined everything that was good that our excellent management team tried to do for us. No more DNA for dog poop. It's everywhere now. No more beautiful landscaping. Worst snow removal. 9 year old carpeting with pet stains everywhere including the one elevator. Appliances old and need replacement. Dryer is definitely the original. There are brand new over 55 apartments in Hudson that are stunning. Raised rents here from $2800 to $5300 or more. At this point in time If you're going to have to pay that much I'd go find a newer place like I mentioned. I know we are.

FOR ANY FEMALE THINKING OF LIVING HERE DO NOT! They lie they aren’t making any changes they probably never will I been here for over a year so don’t let them fool you. I’m a girls girl so I’m gonna tell you as a single female mother living alone I been living in fear for my own safety as if I don’t have to deal with that enough as a female and watermills does not care about the safety of their residents especially the female ones THEY WILL COMPLETELY DISREGARD YOUR CONCERNS! Brent and Kevin in the leasing office are not at all empathetic to a females concerns of safety and make sure to get everything in writing from them because they will lie with a straight face no problem.
