Property is nice and building neighbors are friendly. Reviews are accurate about noise, walls are super thin. Management company is also subpar. Bait and switch tactics mixed with lack of ownership which would address root cause issues. Update: I've lived here for a few years now, although the management company could use customer service training, overall, I've liked living here. I have an end unit and it's pretty quiet, neighbors are friendly, and trustworthy.

Resident for 1 year now and building always well maintained and courteous proactive staff. Love the pool area and if we have one comment for the owners is about the elevator walls "look & feel" that could really make this building a 5 stars. Paris THANK YOU for making our 1st year anniversary stay a pleasurable experience!

I love my apartment here. Everyone at the management company is super prompt and nice. My apartment is modern and redone with a huge balcony. The area is perfect, with everything within a walking distance. Highly recommend this apartment complex and area.

I applied to one of their apartments to move in on the first of march. First they tell me it won't be ready until the 4th, and then on the 4th, they tell me my application was denied, no official reason given. I have a credit score over 750 and have been accepted to apartments much more expensive in the past. I make over the 2.5 limit now, but my 2019 taxes say I made 34K so the person I spoke to said it might be because my income was not enough 2 years ago.... In the denial Email it doesn't even say that, just says 'not applicable' under all possible reasons.

Rude management. Horrible maintenance; put in a request for repairs and you may or may not hear back. If you call back to check in on a work order, you’ll be met with attitude from anyone at the office. Oh, but they’ll for sure remember to increase your rent each year.
