IMT Belasera at Fulton

My partner and I have lived at Belasera at Fulton for just over two months now. Our townhouse unit is modern, quiet, well-maintained, and well-insulated! We love the 2bed/2.5bath floorplan, it's spacious and perfect for us both. We really love everything about it and it truly feels like a "home" rather than most contemporary/bland "gray and white" apartments. The common areas are kept clean, the covered parking lot is convenient, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. My wife and I recently moved into the IMT Belasera at Fulton and we couldn't be happier. The location is perfect and the apartment unit is updated, clean, and quiet. Kristina, our Senior Community Manager and her team member Leslie (our Leasing Consultant) have been absolutely amazing to work with. They are super friendly and genuinely care about making this community the best it can be. When it comes to maintenance repairs, the process is very easy and the maintenance team is super responsive and have followed up to ensure our requests have been resolved. We moved here two months ago, and I love everything about this apartment. Amanda in the leasing office was so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire application and move-in process. Our unit is one of the best and quietest. Overall, IMT is the best company!

Belasara is a great place to live! All the staff are courteous and helpful. Maintenance is always tended to quickly and with a smile. We love our apartment here!

We have been living at IMT Belasera at Fulton for about 7 months and from the very start we've been happy with our choice to move here. The leasing and move in process went very smoothly thanks to Amanda and her guidance. Every interaction we've had with Amanda and Samantha in the onsite office has been helpful and friendly. The building is very pet friendly which was a huge relief for us as it can be hard to find a nice place that rents to those with furry kids. We've had a few minor maintenance issues which were fixed quickly and efficiently by Dave and George and the rest of the maintenance team. All around one of our favorite places we've lived thanks to the entire onsite team.
