I only select a company which has many reviews so I can be assured they are real. Ran had the number and the high quality of each review that I was looking for. Ran is really a good home inspector, very knowledgeable. We used him twice and every single time he did not miss anything during the inspection. We employed the services of OR Valuation Service before the purchase of our home. The home inspector is cool headed, friendly, helpful, professional and VERY THOROUGH in his services which we really appreciated. His report was well sectioned and easy to understand. There were lots of well descriptive pictures with arrows and circles to easily identify the items of interest. Most often he would include lots of information on safety and proper usage of an item in his reports.
