I was referred to King George Property Management by a real estate agent friend. I signed on in May 2025 and officially became a landlord in October when my tenants moved in. So far, it's been a great experience. They did an excellent job finding solid tenants as quickly as possible despite the current rental market slowdown, kept me updated on necessary rent adjustments, and have efficiently handled all maintenance issues and tenant management for my condo. There was one brief communication delay around a tenant's recurring bounced payments (not King George's fault—the tenant was the issue), but once I reached out, Mhel, Ron, and the team handled it promptly and professionally, including expediting my disbursement when I explained my mortgage timing. Horrible experience they don’t respond. I did an application four days ago, and no one has responded to me. I called and they stated I was denied for the apartment, I didn’t get a letter stating why I was denied or anything. They’re just there to take your credit check money
