Willamette Terrace Apartments

Super unsafe place for delivery drivers. All apartments have super DARK numbers and cannot ever find the drop off for a specific resident. Please fix it as I will take this to a manager as this premises is unsafe and unlit in parts

I moved into Willamette Terrace about a year ago. Then my husband and I got married and he moved in after. We have loved it ever since. It is the perfect location. We love walking around the neighborhood and going to the local restaurants. Apartments are newly renovated. The complex is very quiet too which we love. Jessica is very kind and helpful with the leasing and renewing process. I’d recommend to a friend to live here.

I moved in today and Jessica has been great throughout the entire application and move in process. Great communication and quick responsiveness. She is very kind and hilarious. Talking with her has been great, she is like my spirit animal!!

Locating apartments here is very difficult. There are no numbers on front of buildings showing apartment numbers. Numbers are only on the wall next to each apartment door. The apartment numbers are black and the paint behind it is a very dark teal. Very poor color choice and design.
