I have lived here for the past year, and I can honestly say the experience has been wonderful. First off, the staff is absolutely perfect. The property manager, Rachel, is incredibly kind and responsible. I never had to wait more than a day for a response to any of my inquiries. She was always warm and friendly, yet took every concern seriously to ensure it was resolved. The maintenance team, Julio and Charlie, are also amazing. Whenever something needed fixing, they handled it thoroughly and with great care. The community itself is fantastic for families. Having a pool was a huge plus during the summer—my child loved being able to go swimming whenever he wanted. The location is also unbeatable, with excellent schools, a big park, and Walmart right nearby, which made our daily life so co

We just moved in recently and have really liked it so far! The community feels calm and well kept, and the move-in process was pretty smooth. The office staff has been helpful and quick to respond whenever we’ve had questions. Excited to get everything unpacked and settled in!

recently Julio the maintenance worker at arrive apartments replaced all our blinds, the job was so professional and Julio is a very knowledgeable and respectful young man! he represents and shines for this management company he works for. we’ve lived in this complex for a long time and I can honestly say say Julio is one of the most knowledgeable and professional/respectful maintenance worker we’ve seen since we been here! great job Julio! thanks Ron & Flo

Julio was amazing fixing my issues at my apartment. Fixed garbage disposal ,sink, heater, door locks. Screen door. Arrived on time and was very nice and courteous. I highly recommend him.
