Cascade Summit Apartment Homes

If you like paying too much to live in squalor, look no further! We are being flooded by the complex sprinklers every night. We have begged management six times to please turn off the sprinklers near our home and they are either too stupid or just refuse and will not tell us why. We cannot enjoy our space with the community created bog we are forced to endure. It's raining inside my home every night, ruining the interior and creating toxic mold. The bugs are slugs are out of control from the moisture. I will not be responsible for these damages as we have requested relief many times. There are no plants, and the mulch is creating mud puddles that is ruining the carpet. This is my home, it's supposed to be a place of peace, but the apartments have ruined that and make me dread coming home

We love Cascade Summit Apartments. We initially lived in a town home for almost 3 years and loved the spacious home. We recently downsized to an apartment and are just as happy here. We currently have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a 1 car garage. Upon move in, the apartments are always extremely clean, new carpet, resurfaced countertops and painted. The space is fresh and bright. We have relatively no noise from other units. We do have someone below us in the apartment but are not sure how soundproof the space is. We do have a crazy large dog who loves to run and play above them. Staff has always been friendly and on top of whatever we need. Lovely community with a fantastic management team. Always finding ways to build connection and enjoy the neighbors we share this land with.

Cascade Summit is quiet, pleasant place to live. It is convenient to Safeway, post office, city hall and others. The maintenance is prompt and capable and even available on the weekend. The staff promotes events to encourage community and keeps residents informed of safety issues. I intend to call Cascade Summit my permanent home!

Tom, the maintenance man is the most trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt staff member. Cascade Summit is a wonderful community to live in. I just signed my eighth year renewal contract. I would recommend living here to everyone who is looking for a great and safe environment!
