We just started with PropM about 2 months ago. They respond quickly to our questions. Joey is always helpful and respond to all my questions quickly. He always try to make everything work for us. He arranged for someone to come to our house to pick up the rental house keys during the time that was convenient to us. The most awesome thing is that he and his team contacts us to give us updates on what is going on about our rental process, in order we don't have to question or wonder about how it is going right now. Nadine is also very helpful and patient with us as well. In general, all people that I have had chances to talk to in PropM are nice and easy to work with.

I have been having a really positive experience with PropM during my current rental search. Their application process was straightforward and thoughtfully designed — I especially appreciated that one application could be transferred to multiple properties, which saved a lot of time and stress. The listing agent was responsive and scheduled showings quickly, and the team overall was consistently communicative and clear throughout the process. Even though I ultimately haven't secured a rental through them, yet, the professionalism, efficiency, and respect they show stands out compared to many other property management experiences. If I could give 10 stars I would I've been on the hunt for not only the perfect place but the prefect management company! Everything has been such an easy process everyone in the office is great but I want to Give a special shoutout to Morgan she made this whole process nothing shy of amazing. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Really excited and really thankful to everyone at PropM :)

I had a disappointing experience regarding my security deposit. Despite providing a signed move-in inspection form documenting that the oven was not clean at move-in, I was charged for professional cleaning at move-out. I provided photos and written documentation, but the charge was not reversed. I understand companies have standards, but cleaning charges should reflect the documented move-in condition of the property. I attempted to resolve the issue directly and professionally before considering further action. Future tenants should carefully document move-in conditions and keep detailed records.

WOW, 🤯 I should have read before even attempting to rent from them. I feel bad for the property owner being locked into a contract with this company. When scheduling a tour they initially wanted to schedule two weeks out on a home that’s been listed for over 60 days. I reached out to a friend of a friend. I assume they know someone with direct contact with the property owner and within a hour I received a call stating they could meet tomorrow for a viewing. The tour agent was kind and respectful he even answered all of our questions. After the viewing we decided to complete the application process for the home. The tour agent asked us to make a list of our questions to submit during the application process so they could run them by the property owner. That evening I wrote the email he req
