Wildwood

My son currently lives at this apartment complex, and we’ve had a great experience so far. The office staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They truly make residents and families feel comfortable. There is one older lady in the office who sometimes seems a little confused, but she is still kind and means well. Overall, the team does a wonderful job, and it’s clear they care about the residents.

Please go anywhere else but here. Inconsiderate neighbors yelling, playing music, and smoking you know what around my newborn. Car alarms and loud music going off all hours of the night from the parking lot. Had to get a ring camera because of so many stolen packages. Water is constantly shut off all day with little to no warning, water lines busting and being refixed all the time. They always have some kind of construction project going on at 6:30/7am. Sometimes pest control will only knock one time before barging into your apartment. They’ll update everything on the outside but nothing on the inside. If you’re even a day late or two on rent you’re already getting an email about it. This place sucks.

I’ve been living at Wildwood Apartments for a couple years now and I really appreciate the new maintenance team. They are friendly, quick to service, and they fix it so that it doesn’t have to get fixed again things. It’s nice to know that I can call the service team and get the help I need within the same week.

I lived at Wildwood for 3 years and just recently moved out. I absolutely love the staff at Wildwood. They have been very helpful with everything. Excellent place to live and very accommodating.

It’s quiet out there. The office seem nice at first to get you to moved in. Make sure you look at the apartment very closely before moving in. A lot things I didn’t notice at first, stuff start coming up like leaking pipes, mold, water spots under carpet. They will replace carpet. Maintenance people take there time on fixing things I waited two before I decided to moved to the mold issue and water line issues no one never came. Kept telling the front office lady she kept saying I’m let maintenance know. The rent is extremely high for them not to fixed nothing. They tried to you charge me to replace counter top and cabinets which they be doing anyways. All saying is look at the apartment closely before moving in.
