DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will pay as much for a mortgage to own your own home as you will for these run down apartments. I moved in to soaking wet carpet, laundry prices got raised overnight with no notice, mail gets broken into and stolen all the time only for management to victim blame and tell us residents that we should know better, the "gym" smells like urine and the sauna is equally smelly. I know what cedar smells like and that is NOT it. But the most frustrating part of all? This move out has been a nightmare.They have horrible record keeping and will constantly have repetitive conversations with you because no one can communicate in this company and get on the same page. If you are going to live here, just know to keep a paper trail because you will need to protect yourself. Record

I do not recommend living in this apartment to anyone. There was mold in the apartment, and despite reporting multiple issues over the course of a year, no one ever came to fix them. For an entire year, I could not open one of the windows because there was no handle installed. The refrigerator was leaking, which caused additional mold to develop. These were only some of many ongoing problems. We were also unable to use the fireplace, as smoke would go directly into the neighbors’ apartment. The sauna never worked — we were never able to use it even once. Despite repeatedly reporting all of these problems, nothing was repaired. Communication was extremely poor, which made the situation even more frustrating. There were many more issues, far too many to list here. At the end of our tenancy,

Terrible! The office workers are nice but moved in the carpets were never cleaned for me and when I called with the concern they never followed up to fix it. Constant weird charges and 50 dollar late fees if you’re even a few days late on their bs utilities. Payed over 300 the last two months on their “utilities”! Our rent gets payed through military and doesn’t include their utility charges so pretty annoying to be constantly be charged extra! Never had a good experience with wiedner properties!

We had planned on having this apartment for a temporary home. The tour includes viewing The Club (an adjacent apartment complex owned by Weidner). The Club clubhouse includes a cardio room and a hotub. The hotub was a big selling point for us, however, it hasn't worked for the entire 3 months of living here. At one point we were told they had the necessary part to fix it, but the maintenance man just hadn't had time. Then, I was told they would hire someone on Sept. 3rd if he hadn't fixed it yet. It is 21 days later (Sept 24th) and the hottub is still not functional. Additionally, during a recent fire inspection by a city official, it was discovered that the water heater was not properly strapped for earthquakes AND emits a gas smell from not being properly vented.
