Century Plaza

I’ve had two family members live at Century Plaza. The updates and renovations have made the place look wonderful. Julie is an amazing worker, who helps keep the property sparkling clean. Tina the property manager is a delight to talk to and is very helpful. I’m so glad my grandma (in her 90’s) had such a great place to live before her move to assisted living. The location is superb… walking distance to some fun places and yummy eateries !

I’ve had a great experience at Century Plaza Apartments. The management team is professional, responsive, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and well maintained. I truly appreciate the excellent service — highly recommended!

I’ve been living at Century Plaza for a bit now and overall I’m really impressed. The location is super convenient — close to shopping, restaurants, public transport, and even a hospital, which makes things easy whether I’m commuting or running errands. The property itself is well-kept. The grounds are clean, and common amenities like the laundry facilities and the parking/assigned parking make day-to-day life stress-free. Staff and maintenance have been friendly and responsive. Whenever something comes up, they handle it quickly — it really feels like they value the residents. And for the price and convenience you get, it feels like a solid value. Definitely recommend Century Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient apartment in the area.

I lived at Century Plaza for two years. Pros: Fantastic location. It’s awesome to be able to walk to bars, cafes, and restaurants downtown. Also, if you get a garage spot, it’s so nice to park inside during the winter. All the kitchen appliances were new and it was so clean. I can’t say enough great things about the support staff at Century Plaza like Tina and Julie. Anytime there was a maintenance issue it got fixed super quickly. They’re really kind people and know their residents. Cons: The building gets so terribly hot, including in the winter, unless you keep your windows open. I never once touched my thermostat, and if my windows were closed the temperature in my apartment would climb to the mid-70s in the winter and mid-80s in the summer. A well maintenance and clean building. Has elevator, in building mailboxes and garage, laundry room, garbage chute, security amenities. Walking distance to museum and some of the best restaurants in Anchorage. A real community feel with close and easy access to base. Tina is engaged with all your move-in and after care.
