David came out to do a duplex inspection and did a fantastic and thorough job. He noted everything out of compliance, gave many recommendations on smaller jobs, educated us on certain areas and put together a thoughtful report with pictures and suggestions. Preston Eakes recently inspected the house we’re buying. He welcomed me to be apart of the inspection to learn about the house we’re buying. He was respectful, helpful, provided additional information on many things in the house from the boiler to where a generator could be plugged in. He was also personable and made what could’ve been an anxious process enjoyable! Highly recommend for a thorough inspection - and the information was well worth the cost of the inspection!
