Wildwood Apartments

I served as manager of these apartments and reviewed the only review. This lady left the apartments owing over $1,000. She moved in with new carpet and destroyed the carpet, holes in the walls and doors. Left destroyed furniture and other items. The cleaning lady did not have access to the room with the keys. Regarding drugs, never witnessed or reported to me. If she had repair issues, she did not report to me, who assigned the repairs. The playground is as new and in good condition when I changed employment. This lady had a darling little girl that I never observed in the playground. Sorry this lady felt this way and I truly believe the problem was at home with a man who did not and she did, she working right up to the date of their second child. This complex is a joke. I would not recommend moving in if you a family. Most neighbors are drug addicts and I’ve personally watched drug deals go down across the parking lot. Management is poor, no reliable maintenance man I’ve had several things that’s needed repaired and nothing has been done to fix them. The landlord let’s one of the crazy unstable ladies that live here have access to her office where the master keys are kept to clean vacant apartments. They’ve teamed up with each other to try and get people evicted, I’ve personally witnessed this. A lot of apartments have had black mold found in them and the maintenance mans solution was to paint over it. The playground was poorly put together and is already falling apart, I’ve picked up multiple nails and screws each time I’ve taken

This place is under new management and they are doing an amazing job.

Been trying to get ahold of them for a month to see how long the wait is for a 2 bedroom and I’ve never gotten ahold of them.
