Richardson Place Apartments

My friend lives here and what a huge kitchen! And she is right up from the office and those 2 ladies are so sweet! Love the Christmas ornament they made for the residents and it was delivered to her door!

Richardson Place is a hidden gem in Arnold. Very well maintained, incredible team members ready to help and beautiful apartments. Can't go wrong at Richardson Place!

I’ve lived here for 6 months and have had a great experience. When I first moved in there was an issue with another resident and their dog. The office staff were very helpful with navigating the situation and offering solutions. They always send out updates on what’s going on in the complex. I also appreciate the resident appreciations weeks they put together. They also do friendly competitions with door decorations during the holidays. They are extremely pet friendly, which is especially nice when you have a larger dog. Having a dog park is nice but would be better if other residents would clean up after their pet. The playground is a little outdated but it also doesn’t seem to be used often. It’s a quiet community that’s tucked back off the main road. There’s easy access to the highwa

Ashley and Erica have been wonderful and very prompt with any questions I’ve had. Aaron with maintenance was very pleasant and helpful the day I moved in. I do wish people cleaned up after their pets in the dog park. Kinda icky and my dog doesn’t want to go in unless it’s below freezing outside. Sad because it’s one of the top reasons I wanted to live here so my dog could run.

I love the layout of the apartment I do think it's too much rent for the area and for what you get if they would lower it even $200 a month I would say forever. Maintenance is great and prompt, office staff lacks a little compassion but is not unpleasant. I just think it's a little expensive for what you get. Other than that I love my apartment. DEAR OWNER I appreciate you asking for these reviews they give you a little inside on what your renters are living through but please consider lowering the price of the units I am disabled 65 years old and under disability My daughter who is 20 is my caregiver she has hadand to cut down on work take care of me with extra care we are lucky if we get to eat bologna and cheese sandwicheos after paying utilities and rent that doesn't leave a whole lot
