Holly Kennedy is amazing she went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted. we went through two other realtors before we found holly. she walked us through the whole process ,every piece of paper, she made sure we understood everything before we signed. If something needed done she got it done. she always answered the phone no matter the day or time. DO NOT USE. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I was under contract on a house with their realtor Ashley Westmoreland. I am a first time home buyer and the minute we went under contract Ashley completely ghosted us. As a new home buyer my girlfriend and I were very eager to get the process moving. However, we didn’t hear from Ashley for days. We decided to stick it out a little longer. Trying to negotiate with this realtor was a complete nightmare she wouldn’t answer to the phone for my realtor and would just be MIA for days, Until we’d finally hear the bare minimum out of her. After about 2 weeks of this my girlfriend and I got fed up. They made the whole process so so easy and took some of that stress off my shoulders. Quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and SUPER friendly! Such a scary first step and they made it exciting and pretty simple. I’m thankful and extremely appreciative of the work they did and always going above and beyond for me.
