Avion Ridge Apartments

I have just signed my 3rd renewal with Avion Riidge Apartments. The streets are in real need of repair, BUT the apartments are great, most of the neighbors are especially friendly and nice, and Jayme Bakula, the office manager is excellent. She is friendly, pleasant, knowledgable and answers every request within a day if at all possible. The maintenance crew is top notch, not only in their personalities and character, but in their abilities. I don't think there is anything they can't do as far as building or repairing. and always with a smile and coming back later to make sure everything is now okay. Whatever they are getting paid, it is not enough!!! Thank you Jayme, Bill, Dave and Tyler for making my retirement years as nice and pleasant as is possible. Marilyn

I’ve lived at Avion Ridge for over ten years. They all take very good care of me. From Angie, Jamie, Bill, Dave and the other two maintenance guys. They have really stepped up through this recent storm and frigid weather. My compliments to all of you!!

My hubby and I have lived here 8 months now and we love it..We love our apt..we love Jamie in the office,she is very helpful and very nice..The maintenance men are very friendly too..Hope to be here for a very long time..

I’ve lived here for multiple years and it’s been a good and comfortable experience. Everyone is very friendly that lives here, the office is very easy to talk to and always ready to help and maintenance is very responsive and and great to work with on any issues you have that need to be fixed. It is in a perfect area can easily access wherever you want to go.
