Wildreed Apartments

I lived at Wildreed and had a great experience from start to finish. I loved the spacious layout of my home and the convenient location. Everything I needed was very close. The office staff was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. Maintenance was quick to respond to any work orders, and they always did a great job. Management clearly puts a lot of effort into keeping the property clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to live in. I'd definitely recommend Wildreed to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community!

With the change in management a couple of years back, there came many changes. Chelsey and Karlie have really turned this place around. Not only have they made more than a few renovations, making the apartments more visually appealing. There has been a noticeable change in community. Management holds events in the cabana randomly and to celebrate holidays. This, in my experience, is rare. I've moved four times in the past six years and this seems to be the place I see myself staying long-term. So I appreciate your hard work ladies. I rarely have to use maintenance but in the few instances, they've been great 👍

Brandon was pleasant. He took the time to show and explain to me what the issue was, and what he was doing to remedy it. That personal touch makes living at Wildreed Apartments enjoyable. I have been here 6 1/2 years and plan to stay. Kudos to Brandon and the entire WR team.

I've lived here for a few years now and I can honestly say that the maintenance team and the office staff are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I especially want to thank Clare and Brandon for all the work they've done to keep our packages secure, and help with delivery when the mail service doesn't follow directions.

I moved into the wildreed apartments in December of 2024. I really love my unit. It spacious. Comfortable and really feels like home. Also I wanted to give a 5 star shoutout to the management staff, chelsy, karlie, and Megan. What a nice group of ladies. They've been so helpful when I've had questions or needed some assistance. Thanks ladies!! ❤️. Also I want to give the maintenance staff a shoutout. They have bee very responsive and very kind when I've needed repairs to my unit. Wildreed staff you are all Rockstars!!
