My family and I moved here in 2024 after house hunting for over a year. We love our Riverside Home as well as all the nature trails and parks scattered through the community. There’s a multitude of community events we look forward to and are happy to live in walking distance to Wildlight Elementary. We highly recommend the community

Wildlight has honestly been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. From day one, it just felt like home. The whole community is beautifully designed—peaceful, walkable, and surrounded by nature, but still close to everything you need. I love how there’s always something going on—whether it’s a food truck night, a yoga class, or just neighbors out walking their dogs. It’s a place where people actually wave to each other and say hi. There’s a real sense of community here, which is hard to find these days. The trails and green spaces are perfect for morning walks, and the way everything is laid out makes life easier—whether you’re grabbing coffee, heading to the gym, or picking up dinner. Unless you like the constant sound of the I-95, live somewhere else. Rayonier has still not installed a sound barrier along that stretch.

1st and 3rd Saturday of the month they have a Farmers Maket here. 9am - 1pm make sure to check back as vendors vary each time.

Since this is all private property, regardless of how close the justice center is, motor laws are grossly disregarded here. Arrangements have to be made for police monitoring but that is only done for their construction sites. Stop sighs are treated as yields. Yields are ignored. Cross walks ignored. Passing in double yellow while speeding in the school zone( wildlight school teacher). When will pedestrian safety be taken seriously in this 15 minutes city? I have nearly been hit 4 times since November and some gent offered to "take care of me and my dog" for shaming his bad behavior behind the wheel at a cross walk. Beware of bad drivers in Wildlight. Bad drivers, please consider what is at stake.
