I cannot say enough wonderful things about Envoy and especially our agent, Allie Penny. She answered all my questions promptly and held our hand every step of the way. We already referred another friend to her and they also closed on their mortgage. She is the epitome of customer service and knowledge. So thankful for her throughout this process.

I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t do no start. These people pulled 3hard inquiries from 787 to now 718 just for an preaproval just to give me an high rate. I only have $987 on my credit and my income is steady. If you’re shopping around to find the right lender I would not recommend them at all. If you want to fall in an black whole they’re perfect.

1. When brought up the total closing cost amount ($17k), it was made very verbally clear to me that my escrow deposit ($5k) counted towards the amount needed to close. 17-5 i assumed i would have to logically bring $12k... but upon signing i was surprised to learn that wasn't true and that my grand total closing costs was NOT $17k but in fact $22k. 2. When I finally signed for the house I was dying to know where on God's earth to make my first payment at! Asked for a letter in the mail? Received a sales pitch about "life insurance". Asked for it in email? Got an email about leaving a review. The fact I basically had to "buy my rate", was not made clear about the deposit amount, and the fact it was SO INCREDIBLY CONFUSING to figure out where on earth to literally make my payments: if I had
