Charming and beautifully maintained apartments with excellent commute options. The maintenance team is outstanding—every minor issue I’ve had was resolved promptly. Management is incredibly supportive, making living here a truly hassle-free experience.

Shout-out to Larry the maintenance supervisor! He came by our apartment for a couple of work orders we had put in the night before and was able to fix both within the hour! He was so nice and we couldn’t thank him enough!

I have lived here for over a year and LOVE IT. The staff is attentive, polite and understanding. Any problems brought to their attention are addressed timely. They also ensure the grounds are kept clean especially the dumpster area (daily) The pool, gym, clubhouse, community activities, food trucks and dog friendly atmosphere makes the price of rent understandable. I work from home with a wonderful view of the pond and fountain from my nice sized screened in porch. I am a pleased renter 🥰🥰

I am new to Courtney Isles, but I have had nothing but an amazing experience so far. Sarah Ellison at the leasing office was so kind & patient throughout my application process and got me set up in a great apartment. She has been so friendly, as well as the other leasing office staff, that really makes this place feel like home. Only issue I have had is a problem with my water heater, but each time I reported it, someone was at the apartment within a few hours, and the manager, Larry, came twice himself to ensure the problem was fixed. He was kind, knowledgeable, and showed me what I can do to help maintain the unit. Thank you!

I've been here 4 months, and I have nothing negative to say! The staff is kind and professional, and Darian(sorry if I misspelled) is always smiling and very kind! I love my apartment and the view of the fountain. I'm on the 3rd floor, and the screened in balcony is great! I let my cat out there every day, and she loves it! It's a quiet community, and oh, I almost forgot...the Food Truck Fridays is such a good addition!! I love supporting local businesses.
