Wildercroft Terrace

My experience at Wildercroft Terrace is the worst experience ever I wouldn’t recommend anyone to moved here maintenance request is horrible the do the work when they ready to all of my requests are horrible looking they paint parts of my wall the job not professional looking at all so I told them I will paint my whole apartment I been here for 5 years all of my closet doors are all different they wood and steal not matching at all I have 3 different floors it’s not a dream place to live.

Sherrita handled our application at Wildercroft Terrace with professionalism and accuracy. She made us feel welcome to a new living space and was always very prompt and attentive to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this property.

I have been living here since January 28, 2022. Everything about the property is great. I love it here. I feel very safe and it's quiet. Sherrita and Edwin are very nice. The staff treats us great and handles situations very well. The assistant manager, Sherrita, she is awesome. She was the one who worked with me getting my apartment at Wildercroft. She is very patient, pleasant, helpful, and nice to work with. The maintenance team are very quick with responding to my requests and they are very friendly. I have had Welington fixed a few things in my apartment so far. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he is always happy to be of assistance. The community is very clean and well kept. Where do I start, I would like to say the customer service is... outstanding for the reason that I just recently came into the US and was able to find a place to call home. Everywhere I searched were just unpleasant presence but as soon as I met Edwin, I knew this was the place. The apartment is spacious and the price is just right. Thank you for providing us with a place to call home.
