If you looking for affordability and space this is definitely the place, I live in a one bedroom apartment here and is huge! The rent is affordable and the management is great, the Property Manager really goes above and beyond for tenants and for the property within reasonable accommodation and she is very honest and straightforward no matter what the situation may be and she keeps the property tidy. Depending on which side your on the parking is good I always find parking no matter the time of the day, both properties New Carrollton Woods and Prince Georgetown are great the property stays clean and is just a nice place overall. I will definitely be renewing my lease here, because out of all properties I lived previously the management response and the maintenance are above and beyond. Th

We love this place, it has its downfalls like anywhere else you go. But for location, pricing and pros/cons this is a great place. A big reason why we stay is because of the manager Lauren, she gets things done, shes definitely the glue that holds this place together and runs a tight ship.

If I could, I'd give these apartments minus three stars! Before I visited this property, I checked it out on the website and it seemed like the perfect place -- had all of the amenities that I was looking for. But when I arrived on the property, it was like going to a third world country. Tenants have sheets hanging in the windows instead of curtains, balconies full of stuff and the grounds are a mess. Trying to be optimistic, I went to the rental office and requested a tour of an apartment. The first apartment they showed me looked nothing like those on the website. There was a bad odor in the hall way and it looked like pigeons had been nesting in the building because there was bird crap all over the walls and the floors. NCW Apartments is a roach, rat infested place. If you need anything fixed don’t expect it to be done in a timely manner. Music on blast at all times. Your car will be scratched to the worst point. The trash is always over full. Don’t rent here!

One of the worst customer service that I have encountered. Called in for a broken microwave said they'll be here tomorrow. The next day they didn't came then called again they didn't came. I HAD TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR A BROKEN MICROWAVE. Please do not come here you will regret it if you do. P.S they will charge you for the most ridiculous thing. Sometimes I wonder is the rental office racist
