Prince Georgetown

Prince Georgetown is a great the property the management keeps the property clean and the landscaping is always nice the pool is nice I never used the tennis court but is nice as well the townhouses are great overall. The townhouses are big and spacious the leasing Dee is amazing! And has great customer service she gets things done! the management response and the maintenance are above and beyond. The maintenance guy Tommy as I stated he always does an outstanding work when he comes to fix something he does it thoroughly and completely for both properties! Every time I visit this property to go to the pool it seems like a great community and is very private. Once again customer service , quick response, reliability, and quality of service are definitely some of the things this property is

Currently sitting outside this property’s leasing office. My appointment to tour the apartments was at 10:45am, which I confirmed, but no one is here as of 11:12am. I called the office twice, which is supposed to open at 10am, but no one is in there.

DONT DO IT!!!! What ever you do DON’T move to this place yes it’s a nice and quiet area but you will be living with mice all year long and every time you find where the mice coming from it’s still gonna be plenty of more places in your home and the leasing office staff don’t do there job unless your friends or family with them so save your time and money and look elsewhere

Don’t move here unless you like mice in your home during the winter! As soon as winter approaches, no matter how clean your home is, you will get a nice family of mice. Maintance lives in the complex and still will take there time getting things done. When you call the rental office to report these things, even emergencies it’s never same day! It’s approaching the holidays, and we don’t even want to cook or invite people over! It’s sad! Lived here for 4 years, and still nothing has changed.... just been fed dreams none stop. Paying almost $2000 for what? To pay to park, have mice come in your home no matter how many traps they set, maintance come when they want to and only one knows how to really speak fluent English?
