Wildcat Inn on Claflin

Place was FULL of cockroaches before moving in. Constantly had people partying, yelling outside, and throwing beer cans around. Parking lot is full a lot of the times by tenants "guests" for days. When finally moving out they charge a "carpet cleaning" fee, HOWEVER those carpets were definitely never cleaned when we moved in, so probably just taking your money. Also don't bother voicing complaints, unless something is broken in your unit they aren't gonna do anything else. In short? Very dirty/never cleaned apartments with bad neighbors run by swindlers. Don't rent here unless u got no other choice. (Also the tow signs are a lie.)
