Little Apple Quality Home Sales

I understand that some businesses opted to close on the 3rd for an extended holiday weekend. However, to technically remain open but have no sales people available is frustrating. The woman working the desk acted extremely annoyed and stated that she was unable to answer any of my questions beyond the base price of a home. If you’re unable to do business because both sales people have taken the day off, what is the point of being open to the public?

If you are looking for a flawless experience in home buying (of any kind), you might need to return to earth and reality. What matters to me is that I'm being told the truth, and the company stands by what it promised. I've purchased two homes from Justin and Todd at Little Apple Quality Homes, and I've been impressed from the start with the straightforward approach. It was a learning process for me, and they explained to me the different things that could occur and would occur. It would take hours to list the complexities involved in each house purchase, and most of the complications were site prep and weather. One house was a typical set up, another was a crane to foundation. Justin was tirelessly patient with my questions, and listened to my sometimes frustration with the proces

They are lazy and horrible. When I asked for a new pantry door they damaged while moving it took them two months to get another out. They made us paid 2000 dollars more for the crane than they said they would. They never answer their phones and they won't pay for the furnace their crew failed to fix properly. The only time they actually negotiate with you is when you leave bad reviews. They just want to look good in the public eye. I would not recommend this ever.

Drove hour and a half to look at houses not once but twice! That’s 3 hour round trips to find they are closed and locked up tight!!! Waste of gas and time. Website shouldn’t say open if they are only there when they feel like it

Todd and Justin are just fantastic. They will treat you fair and they are people you can trust. I can't recommend them highly enough!👍
