Magnolia Hills Apartments

Military members stationed at Fort Riley need to check out Magnolia Hills Apartments. It’s about a 20 minute drive to work, but when you are off you are in walking distance to everything in Manhattan. The apartments are quiet and big for the price. Plus the apartment manager Jennifer is the best landlord you could ever ask for. Even while on deployment she has continued to help with packages or other things because I forgot to forward my mail.

I lived here for three years through college and I loved it. It’s a short distance from campus and Aggieville. The landlord Jennifer was always quick to respond with questions or concerns and made the whole experience while living here great!

Jennifer is a very nice person. Good place and good price. Five minutes walking to campus. I have live here for one and a half years. Never any annoying things. Repairs are quick and efficient. I remember one time I was out of tow, but had a big package arrived before I came back. Jennifer helped me take it to my apt. Really appreciate. Have left manhattan, but still miss it.

Jennifer was an amazing property manager! My roommate and I had some issues with our storage locker being broken into and Jennifer handled it super well and addressed all our concerns. The apartments are definitely what you get for your money but Jennifer made it all worth it.

The following is of my true opinion about Campus East. I think it’s best to save yourself some trouble in the long run and DO NOT rent with Campus East. The location is great/price mediocre, but the customer service is so poor that it is just not worth your time or money. There is constantly new management that must not be able to manage. If you have any sort of issue, it is highly unlikely that it will be resolved. It has been 6 months since I provided documentation to terminate my lease, and I get a call about being evicted. The new management lost/can’t find the paper work showing proof. How can you trust such a business? If you do decided to rent with this company, even after a full consideration of my opinion, well I wish you the best.
