Mark has been managing our rental in Manhattan for almost 3 years, and I cannot recommend him enough. He's thorough, Communicative, and always seems to have a good balance of tenant's and owner's interests at heart. Our tenants are amazing and our house has been well kept due to Mark's systems.

Coming up on two years living in a rental managed by Fluid. Mark has always been extremely responsive, understanding, and helpful. I just had an A/C failure right at the beginning of a very hot weekend. Mark had an HVAC technician onsite within an HOUR. Cannot speak from the owners side of things, but as a renter, working with Fluid Property Management has been very easy.

Mark has been taking care of my lawn this summer, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He’s reliable, easy to work with, and does a fantastic job—my yard always looks great! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality lawn care.
