✨Feels Like Home the Moment You Arrive!✨ Wilcox Meadows has been amazing from start to finish! Carrie and SJ worked together like a true tag team to get me in for a tour, help me apply, and get everything ready for an out of state move-in (which is stressful enough) My first point of contact was Carrie. She is the sweetest and funniest person with AMAZING ENERGY!!! She really sets the tone and makes you feel right at home. The community is peaceful and immaculate — truly an apartment HOME community that feels warm and welcoming. The pictures online don’t do it justice at all, you must visit in person, then you'll FEEL the vibe and know exactly what I'm talking about. If a unit becomes available, grab it right away — you won’t regret it!

From the moment I arrived this place felt like my forever home. The Wilcox Team really do their best to ensure tenants are treated the best and I wouldn't be anywhere else in Northeast Ohio. Kudos to the team.

This place is awesome to live in! We moved in almost 2 months ago to the date and it has been really peaceful. If you work in Cleveland and want to be close to everything, like shopping, I-271, this is the best place to be. It is quiet. The street in the community and grounds are very clean. The neighbors are friendly and take care of their triplexes with great care with flowers in pots. You can see the renters take pride in the unit, as if they owned it. The management team, Carrie, SJ, and Chuck are very helpful decent to work with. SJ is very nice to work with during move in and any needs you have, and Chuck gets back to you with your apartment needs. The inside is really clean and modern. About as opposite of the words "dumpy apartment" as you could be. I hope to live her a l

I do want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew (Chuck) in particular for expediting my request to fix my air conditioning. Thank God I wasn't at a end unit because the heat in the apartment would have been a lot brutal. I'm not cool as a cucumber. :o)

My Husband and I moved in Feb.2023. We love it here at Wilcox. We feel safe and comfortable.Nicolle our Property Mgr. is great, she personable and very good at her job. The property is taken care of , repairs are done in a timely manner. Nicolle always has time for her residents and, listens. Simply… she cares about her tenants, she makes this a community, a home.. not just a place to live. I feel that we made a great choice.
