Whitewood Apartments

I moved out of this apartment in March and have yet to receive my security deposit. Throughout my time living there, communication was extremely poor. The property manager was consistently rude, and getting in touch with anyone from the office was nearly impossible. No one provides updates or follows through on important matters. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against moving into these apartments.

Unprofessional establishment. Had the same issues monthly here and were not addressed. Leasing lady is unprofessional and not helpful at all. I believe the complex needs to be ran by new management ASAP!

My family loves this location. The environment is quiet and friendly. The management has been extremely helpful and kind. We had a few maintenance issues shortly after we moved in. We expected to have to wait a long time to be addressed. We were taken care of right away and the service was great. We enjoy walking around the development with my dog both morning and night. There are walking paths close by that make the area ideal for those that like to be outdoors. The exterior space is perfect for early morning coffee on the balcony, as well as a space to relax at night on the back patio. The interior of the townhome is nothing like we have seen anywhere else. Apartments were great and the maintenance team and management were quick to help with any issues. Never had to wait more than two days even for a very minor repair to get done. Very spacious having two beds, two 1/2 baths, two balconies, a patio, and a small space for gardening in the front if you want to use it. The buildings are old, but has new floors and appliances to keep things feeling modern. Parking is never an issue as well and you get a private entrance to your unit which we love. Only complaint is the heat doesn’t work too well downstairs in the winter but works fine upstairs. It’s also nice not having neighbors on every side like traditional apartments so it cuts down on noise from neighbors.

Great community to live in ! Peaceful and quiet. Apartments are spacious as well :)
