Arbor Glen

I just moved into Arbor Glen a month ago. I really enjoy living here! The office staff is very friendly and professional! It's nice knowing someone is always there during office hours to answer your calls or to stop in. I needed a few repairs on my garbage disposal and clogged bath tub and they took care of it right away! My neighbors are very friendly and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful! I highly recommend living here!

We brought my father to tour the apartments and met with Jeanette Percy, the property manager. She was super helpful and friendly and answered all our questions. We had a very positive experience with the staff and residents that we met.

My wife and I had an appointment to see an apartment and met Jeanette Percy, Property Manager and her staff. We had lots of questions, and they were so helpful is responding to all of them. We were able to tour an apartment at our own pace and very much enjoyed the experience. The property and apartment was well maintained and helped us make a decision to consider this location for our next place to live as we relocate to the Cleveland area. Thank you, Jeanette, for your care in making sure all of our questions were answered and that we understood next steps in the process. It is good to know that there is such a competent property manager in charge of the place we will call home. Thanks for taking care of us as we make this decision.

When I moved there 4 years ago it was nice. The buildings were nice. They stayed clean. They got clean like a definite 2 to 3 days a week. The air condition in the lobbies. They paid a ton of money 2 years ago. Had all these air-conditioned people come out to fix the air conditioners and they don't turn the air conditioner on in the lobby so you can't even go in the lobby and sit down and talk to your friends because it's burning hot because they don't want to pay for the air conditioners to be on cuz they don't want to pay the electric bills but this is supposed to be one of the features one of the amenities as they call it. When you're a senior, you don't want to be sequestered in your house because it's so hot in the lobby. You can't breathe. You should be able to come and enjoy the fur

The property manager, Jeanette Percy, was awesome. I stopped in without an appointment and she was so pleasant and attentive to my needs. She explained the steps of moving to Arbor Glen. I was very impressed. She kept that beautiful smile the entire time! Thank you, Jeanette, for all you do! :)...
