Horrible management!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! To live in any of there apartments they own!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THE RENT CHECKS!!! Maria is the worst the manager I have EVER DEALT with in my life nothing about this company is PROFESSIONAL corporate company's only care about one thing that is getting PAID!!!!

I've lived at Winter Heights for 4 yrs, and since spring break 2025 my neighbor kid has been dingdong ditching my doorbell. I have asked for the doorbell to be disconnected, I spoke to property management (main office) numerous of times. They refuse to disconnect the door bell and the neighbor kid continues to play his game. I'm now going to have to move.

I was given notice of termination of tenancy for cause. I owned up to my responsibility but management at Sr Apts in Airway Heights would not give opportunity to rectify situation. She called me a criminal and that I caused Whitewater Creek thousands and thousands of dollars on the low-income apt. She has such a hard heart, no compassion. And she called me a criminal!

I do not appreciate being lied to. Rent guarantees where told when they signed for a tenant they can request after 1 year to be removed as guarantor if the tenant paid their rent and had no issues. My husband signed foe his ex wife in 2016 and he has requested to be removed over and over snd been denied. They also allowed his ex wife to add a new tenant (her new husband) to the lease this year and are holding my husband her exhusband as the guarantor for them both now. Whitewater management did nothing to create a new lease when she add this new person only a lease addendum. My husband her ex-husband was not notified of the adding of someone but is still responsible. This is bull and as a prior employee I feel for those I had to tell that they could have guarantor removed after 1 years le
