Timbered Ridge Homes

We closed on our home yesterday and couldn't be happier about it. Timbered Ridge has assembled such an amazing team with amazing individuals. Everyone we interacted with have been professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, great people. I've gone through a couple custom home builds and this one was by far the most enjoyable. Andre, our supervisor was absolutely fantastic. Great communicator and incredibly knowledgeable. The entire team is incredibly responsive and made this process completely seamless. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.

We were looking for a builder in Idaho and came across Timbered Ridge a couple years ago. We walked several of their homes and followed their builds over the years. When it was time to build our dream home we knew we wanted Timbered Ridge to build our home. They went above and beyond to ensure they met all our dreams and accommodated each request we had. The build process was great and they provided weekly updates to us as we lived out of state during the build. We have now moved into our new home and are so happy with the finished product. We are excited to be writing a review for Timbered Ridge (TR) homes. We have been impressed with this builder from the start. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process and were right on time with the estimated completion date. The house turned out beautifully! We loved that we were able to choose our lot (almost 6 acres), and then also choose all of the interior and exterior finishes. They have great partnerships with local vendors who helped us with those decisions and the allowances TR gives is enough to build a beautiful home. The staff there are amazing, as well. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Our only regret is not finding Timbered Ridge when we first purchased our land. After months of delay with our first builder, for him to then bail on us, we were lucky to find Timbered Ridge. From my initial contact Timbered Ridge was professional, quick in communication and very customer focused. Cameron, Laj, Kim, Ian and Gillie made this a wonderful process. We’ve now been in our home for 6 months. Any issues or concern is promptly addressed, they stand by their work. I would never hesitate to recommend Timbered Ridge. They made this process such a positive experience for us!

Timbered Ridge Homes sponsored our Lakeland Juniors All Star baseball team to go to the West Region tournament in Bend, Oregon after our junior team took the district title. Thier support allowed our athletes to travel and compete at the highest level. It’s the first time since 2012 that Lakeland took a district title. We are so proud of these athletes and so appreciative of Timbered Ridge Homes support.
