The homes on their site are beautiful and the quality is what we are seeking for in our custom retirement home. However, they won't be building for us. When I contacted them for an initial appointment, woman who answered their phone was not even trying to be helpful. Told me that they would have to review our plans to see if it was a good fit for "them", even though I told her we were not set on any one plan. Also told me that "I should know their costs begin at $500/square foot". She was obviously assuming that would scare me away. Not a great first impression, and that attitude alone caused us to look elsewhere. There are other excellent builders in the area.

Rosenberger Homes are high-quality well-built homes. This family-run business pays attention to detail and makes sure nothing is overlooked. The craftsmanship of all their subcontractors is unparalleled to other homes we have seen. It is easy to communicate with them on all levels and the in-house design team helped us build our house from afar. You won't be disappointed with a Rosenberger home.

It was a tremendous experience working with the Rosenberger team. We absolutely love our new home and really appreciated the entire process with them. They also work with some of the best suppliers and subs we've come across. It was a lot of fun to work with them and you will not find better people to build a home for you. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Rosenberger Construction.

They are very easy to work with and everyone on their staff is amazing, My parents had a custom home built by Rosenbergers 13 years ago,they were very pleased by the process and loved working with them. Having Rosenberger Construction build a new home for me was better than I could have imagined! They were very professional, yet personable and friendly at the same time. They made the building process run quite smooth. And whenever I had questions someone from the team always got back to me in a very timely manner. As for the quality, it's wonderful! So so nice.
