The Villas at Hayden North

The Villas at Hayden North are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The community is located just outside of town in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the atmosphere is incredibly calm. Our neighbors are respectful and friendly, so much so that I sometimes forget I’m living in an apartment community at all. We’ve only needed maintenance a couple of times, and each experience has been excellent. Steven from maintenance contacted us the same day to schedule an appointment, which speaks volumes about the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. The property manager, Giles, has been outstanding. As newcomers to the area, his recommendations for things to do locally have been incredibly helpful. We lived at the villas for 3 years and it was absolutely wonderful. Giles, the apartment manager was very easy and nice to work with, very down to earth, he made it feel like renting there was more at home than most apartment living. I would highly recommend renting from the villas at Hayden North because management is on point.

The Villas at Hayden North is a gorgeous apartment/townhouse style complex with some great amenities and prime location close to all the big box stores (Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, Super 1, etc.). I just recently moved to Idaho and the Property Manager, Felicia Pollos, has been nothing short of amazing in making the transition as easy as possible during my move. Not only has she provided exceptional customer service, but during my 3 month wait to move-in (these apartments disappear quick, so I jumped on it ahead of time), Felicia was extremely informative and accommodating which made me feel much more confident about my move to Idaho. Unexpectedly got a 30 day notice that signing another lease to my current place wasn’t an option and had to vacate my current residence of 7 years and reached out to various properties all around the area about housing to accommodate my family. I stopped by the office to get info and Victoria was absolutely wonderful. She was very transparent and answered every question we had and gave us details on how to apply once a unit became available. The process of applying was painless and simple. Victoria gave us all the procedures to follow and her professionalism and straightforward approach on the process made it simple. No gimmicks, No BS, just strait forward. I look forward to living there and finally will have a property manager that actually cares about the tenants. Victoria is fantastic.
